The Collector’s Universe – Tristan Auer featured in AD Interieurs 2016 Exposition

Wilson Associates is excited to celebrate Tristan Auer’s inclusion in AD Interieurs 2016. The editors of AD magazine invite 10 talented interior designers each year to participate in the exclusive exhibition, in which the designers create and stage a room that showcases their unique design style. La Monnaie de Paris hosts the 7th edition of the exhibition, where visitors can experience the installations as though walking through an apartment, room by room, each with a distinct style created by the curated roster of designers.

Using the theme “The Collector’s Universe,” the designers were asked to arrange the rooms around groups of objects that are close to their hearts, assembling the space with the idea of living among their intimate treasures. Tristan created a posh bachelor’s living room in grisaille, developing a monochrome yet vibrant space featuring frescoed Greek paneling and juxtaposing textured steel panels and mirrors. In the niches of the library, Tristan arranged a collection of sculptures by French sculptor and ceramicist Michel Anasse.

View the exhibition at the Mint of Paris, 11, quai de Conti, 75006 Paris Sept. 3-18, 2016, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. daily. For more information about the exposition, visit the AD Interieurs 2016 website.
