Wilson Associates is looking for a Global PR Manager to join our New York design studio.
Background & Skills
3–5 years of PR experience — AEC or hospitality industry a plus; agency management experience preferred.
Adobe Creative Suite — specifically mastery of InDesign required & ability to deploy standard templates and innovate where appropriate.
Manage day-to-day PR and marketing planning for global offices and projects alongside PR agency.
Maintain all collateral materials including - resumes, project sheets, brochures.
Maintain CRM, Proposal Automation Systems, Project Data, and Image Servers.
Maintain content calendar for global Social Media channels to include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WeChat.
Work with designers to author blogs, posts, and design stories in support of the Global Content Marketing Plan.
Support Global Marketing Campaigns and Strategies.
Plan and coordinate special events as required.
Maintain brand standards.
