The secret to success is good leadership — and good leadership is all about making the lives of your team members or workers better.

Connie’s 40-year career at Wilson Associates is defined by her reputation for creativity, integrity and client service excellence.

As Senior Design Director, she has led an impressive list of projects at high-profile properties. Connie is described as energetic, determined and dedicated, not only in her professional endeavors, but in all aspects of her life. Her civic and volunteer engagements include 13 years as a Commissioner on the Planning & Zoning Board in Rockwall, Texas; Board of Directors’ member and chairman of the Family Selection Committee at Habitat for Humanity; and Member of the Texas Christian University Design Advisory Board. Connie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design. She is a licensed Interior Designer In Texas, Louisiana and Florida. In her spare time, Connie enjoys travel, golf and gardening. She and her husband have traced their family genealogy back to the American Revolution and they are currently documenting their ancestry to be recognized as Mayflower descendants.
